I like how this came out, and this definitely looks better than the sketch XD *worships teh tablet* And my 2nd completed CG piece this year! X3 Also got to use my Chinese seal this time ^.^

Likes: Cats, clothes, eating shrimps, practicing origami, shiny objects, inventing new jutsus and playing hide-and-seek when it's misty.
Dislikes: Dogs, messy hair, ramen and unhealthy food in general, heat waves and mean people.
Personality: Saiu is care-free, and she is also really girly, to her sensei's dismay. Putting fashion before missions, Saiu may abandon a mission to spare her hair getting messed up. She is sometimes seen as selfish, but it is only a natural instinct to protect herself from troublesome situations. However, if something beloved of Saiu's is threatened, she can get very violent. Otherwise she is a vivacious and cutesy girl.
Weaponry: Kunai, shuriken, acupuncture needles, her strange, transparent ball containing chakra-controlled water.
Fighting style: Saiu uses alot of ninjutsus and genjutsus, and only uses taijutsu when she gets really pissed off and needs to express herself. She prefers long-distance combat to avoid destroying her hair-do. She is vurnable to Fire jutsus.
-Techniques-
- Basics
- Bullet Vapour Technique: A Water ninjutsu unique to Saiu, where she throws her ball at the enemy, and performs hand seals to burst it. With the help of her charkra, the water vapour hurts as much as bullets when they hit the flesh.
- Heaving Pin Globe Technique: A technique which requires Saiu to send her ball spinning in the air, then performing hand seals to release ice pins at the enemy.
- Assasination Mist Technique: A genjutsu which releases the water from Saiu's ball as mist. It then engulfs Saiu, and builds itself up by attracting water molecules around.
- Ice Dragon Breath Technique: Similar to Uchiha Sasuke's Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu, except it releases water.
- Mist Path Technique: A genjutsu which creates the illusion of Saiu dissolving into air. She can move freely without being spotted, unless she is 1 m away from the enemy. If she moves when she's within that radius, the enemy will be able to see glimpses of her during movement. This is Saiu's only chance for a proper close-combat attack.
History: Saiu was born into a normal, happy family in Hidden Mist. However, when she was 2 her mother drowned when fishing. Left without a mother, Saiu's father left her at his sister Aki's family when out on missions. Aki's family got along well with Saiu, as the majority of their household is female (yes... Pity Aki's husband XD). Saiu received 4 cousins to play with everyday.
One evening, her father didn't come to pick Saiu up, and Aki's husband went over to the Mizukage for information, and found out that a mission had gone terribly wrong, resulting in the death of the whole team that had gone, including Saiu's father.
Saiu was then brought to live with Aki's and her family.
On her 5th birthday, Saiu received her special ball from the family. She moulded it to her advantage later on and now uses it as a part of her jutsus.
Other information: The ball is linked to Saiu, so she has to take care not to damage it seriously during combat, or she can suffer physcial damages. Do not be fooled, however, because the ball is very tough to damage, and is most vurnable to Fire jutsus. When out of combat, Saiu keeps the ball wrapped up and attaches it to her back.
Saiu's goal is to have a happy family of her own, and she dreams of being the no. 1 origami folder in Water Country.
